Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Notiary iOS application. By using Notiary, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. Apple Standard EULA
Notiary is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA controls.
2. Purchases and Subscriptions
Notiary may offer a one-time Pro purchase and an auto-renewable Supporter subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. The one-time Pro purchase does not renew.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of your recordings, transcripts, notes, reminders, and calendar events. Notiary processes app content on your device and does not upload that content to Notiary servers. You are responsible for reviewing extracted items before saving them to Calendar or Reminders.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law.
5. Availability and Accuracy
Speech recognition and automated extraction may be incomplete or inaccurate. Notiary is provided for general productivity and is not a substitute for professional, emergency, medical, legal, or financial advice. Features may change, and network access may be required to download optional on-device models or complete App Store purchases.
